What is the turnaround time?

2 working days.

How much does it cost?

$360 per month, which includes 10 assessments. You can top-up for $35 per assessment.

Is there a contract?

We don’t bind customers into long term contracts. Should you wish to cancel, all we ask for is 30 days’ notice ;)‍

What if I am not happy with the assessment?

If you aren’t 100% happy with the assessment. You have the option to have another assessment with a different interviewer , alternatively we will refund you, no questions asked.

When do I get charged?

When you start you paid subscription and you will automatically billed following months thereafter.

Can more than one recruiter in a company use the same account?

Yes, you can add multiple users to the account, however they can only view their own candidates’ details.
